Sunday, January 6, 2019 - Winorama: A winter in Wineland III; 1/4/2019-1/13/2019 (Portland/Willamette, Eureka, Napa): Cab+Merlot blend. The first thing that comes to mind is bubblegum and then I gotta tell you it was really hard for me to get much else. Very fruity. Some raspberry. But there's almost this sweet powder style to it (which isn't really true - this is indeed a dry wine). On the heels of the more precise pinots in the tasting this was a bit more intense.
