Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Popped and poured. Medium crimson color. Nose of ripe dark cherry and juicy plum, a bit of cedar cigar box, chocolate covered cherry. Similar flavors on the palate with a nice mix of ripe red berry fruit, toasty oak, herbal cough drop and a bit of earthy forest floor. Medium acid and tannin. Smooth mouthfeel and finish. Drinking really great at the moment.
