Wednesday, November 4, 2015 - Oh, this is good. This is why you want to hold onto wines for a bit before drinking. Starting to develop a bottle bouquet that's almost floral. Tight fruity nose opened right up with decanting. Deep purple color, no amber edge. Nice balance of sweet and tart on the tongue. Round and full, plum and oak, smooth and jammy. Quick finish.
