Monday, February 10, 2020 - Another great wine from Zind-Humbrecht. this is another example that shows how this winery excels at every level. 70% chardonnay, 30% Auxerrois, this has some richness and intensity that made for a really enjoyable aperitif but will also be very food friendly. Zind-Humbrecht continues to impress as one of the best wineries in the world
