Tuesday, December 15, 2020 - Mushroom and leather in front of stewed red fruit on the nose. Cherry and strawberry.

Warm red fruits on the palate as well, black olive with a seam of glycerine shot through. Tannin and acid nicely balanced. Finishes with waning darker fruits (boysenberry), tart cherry and black licorice.
