Monday, October 30, 2023 - There’s blue fruit on the nose, plum, licorice and mint. Airy, elegant on the palate, carries notes of blueberry fruit, flowers and pepper. Powerful without being heavy, very young with soft but marked tannins. Excellent with a cassoulet of lamb. With Susanne at La Contadine.
