Sunday, September 3, 2023 - Deep salmon. Maraschino cherry and brioche on the nose. Lively mousse.
In the mouth, luscious black and red cherry fruit and some lighter citrus on entry, vibrant acidity builds from entry into the mid. Cherry and apple peel tannin grip in the mid with a sprinkle of mineral, lovely creamy mouthfeel. Toasted almond and lanolin. Complex, elegant, lengthy finish. This one was a pleasure.
