Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Slow ox for about 5 hours. Bramble, cherry and hibiscus on the nose. Elegant bouquet with good depth and complexity. On the palate notes of red cherry, ripe forest berries, rose petals, rooibos tea, herbal essence, sous bois, crushed rock, leather and fresh soil. Remained on the elegant, rather reluctant side. Long aftertaste and good persistence. Very delicious. Drink or hold
