Monday, July 3, 2017 - One hour decant. Deep purple. Nose of blackberry, smoke, black cherry and cedar. Flavors of blackberry, allspice, blueberry, beef and wet stones with a tangy but lite crushed pepper finish. Medium tannins and acidity. Full bodied with a nice smooth mouthfeel. Will only get better with time.
