Thursday, April 1, 2021 - Had a little taste before decanting for two hours - fairly harsh tannins as you would expect but a lot of fruit. Silky smooth after time in the decanter and by the end I was battling with my fizz-loving girlfriend to finish the bottle. Delicious wine and was a great accompaniment to my bone-in ribeye.
