Thursday, May 4, 2023 - 100% Sangiovese and has come into a good drinking window. Tried decanting 50% for 90 minutes but the consensus was a preference for the balance left in the bottle that showed more intensity and good black fruit. Sturdy but sophisticated and should continue to improve.
