Saturday, September 10, 2022 - Nose of fig and prune with an element of orange bitters. Palate of caramel and maple syrup - this is very syrupy. Long and intense finish of dried fruit and some medicinal elements. I was a bit more impressed by this when I last tried it - lacked a little freshness tonight
