Saturday, September 23, 2023 - This was poured at home without decanting. The wine was deep purple in colour and slightly cloudy. It had a very strong nose of ripe cherries mixed with some nuts and a bit of iodine. In the glass were flavours of those ripe cherries, cassis and some mint. The tannins were still very strong while the acidity was at a mid level. The flavours lingered for a long time.
