Wednesday, June 6, 2007 - Very basic dry rose. There are some off-notes in this one that, while they aren't a problem when well-chilled, could detract from an otherwise simple, good summer quaf. I'd really hate to see what these grapes/winemaking practices would have done in a red bottling as opposed to this rose.
