Monday, August 1, 2016 - Drank at dinner, no formal notes. This is drinking beautifully right now. Fine grainy tannins and bright acidity form a nice structure, nose and palate offer cherries, rhubarb and raspberries, though it's the savory elements - big olive tapenade, soy sauce and herbs de provence - that dominate.
