Friday, December 22, 2017 - Organic, produced 14976 bottles. Tempranillo, Garnacha, Bobal, white Albillo. 50 years old vineyards. Low intervention winemaking, no additives and native yeast only. Very young, needs a lot of air and even after hours tannins remains tight and very grippy. The fruit nevertheless is beautifully rich and ripe and juicy, with a load of plum and cherry. Saline minerality, long clean finish. Medium body, perfect acidity. For the cellar.
