Sunday, August 12, 2018 - It's been 9 years since I tried my first bottle. Amazingly, I don't think this wine has budged. The same note I wrote then, still applies. "Med-full bodied. A delicious nose of briar fruits. Red and dark berries on the palate mixed with notes of leather, earth, and spice". It's very smooth, tannins mostly resolved. A tad sweet on the palate. Made in a more modern style. Drinking well now, but I imagine this wine will last at least another 5 years.
