Wednesday, April 17, 2019 - Was authentic: An excellent example of the zone with complex highs of flowers, spices, and lows of tars. It had lush tannins that were very approachable now.
The next day, in glass, open to 19 hours air it had hardly changed and was even more enjoyable.
Decant for 24 hours prior to drinking.
