Thursday, May 31, 2018 - Fresh, lively, nice clean citrus with hay and minerals. Not overly fruity. Well balanced. Good wine. The thing is, I drank this over three nights and it literally did not change. Not for me anyway. I guess you call that consistent. But I prefer something that evolves.
