Friday, April 26, 2024 - Clairette (studio): From magnum; soaked cork with expired bloom on top. A tall aromatic stack leads with curious red praline fossils imbricated with intense nutshell. Fog, forest mushrooms, scotch wool, iced/mint coastal air. A determined spine of resin organizes the experience, stained with glycerin acidity. Drink now-2040. 94-95.
