Monday, February 24, 2020 - 100% Petit Verdot. Dark nose of ripe blackberry and violets. Full-bodied palate echoes the nose. Firm fine tannins and medium acidity. Quite the surprise from Tuscany where the “Supers” are often blends. Very approachable for this variety. A wonderful compliment to beef dishes and hard cheeses. Drink now through 2027.
