Friday, February 15, 2019 - Probably not supposed to pop this at 5 years haha. But amazingly, this was lovely. This is nebbiolo unadulterated. So juicy, so much sour cherry, leather, beautiful red roses. I thought the tannins would destroy my life but no, not all. Lovely wine. Will improve for the next 400 years give or take haha. Love this.

2/17/2019 10:48:00 AM - Then there is three of us. Wonderful wine paired with with deer tenderloin in the mountain cabin, good stuff. The nose is classic and fantastic, all you can dream of. Tannins are firm and all over, but still lovely. Agree, this can take some centuries...
