Tuesday, December 31, 2019 - Medium yellow color. Aromatic, developing aromas of yellow apple skin, honeycrisp apple, lemon, honeysuckle and chamomile. Dry (slight RS), medium body, medium+ acidity. Low but perceptible tannin. Medium+ intensity flavors of bruised yellow apple skin, lemon. Medium+ length finish.

Oddly balanced with oxidized flavors.
