Tuesday, November 8, 2016 - Stable from our first taste 03/02/15. No flaws. Minimal sediment. Minimal rim variation. Classic California cabernet. Low tannin and acid. Medium alcohol and long finish. Ready to drink and plenty of bottle life left.
