Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about three hours.

Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, light beading. Nose of mushroom, camphor, yellow pears and yellow apples. Flavors of lemon twist, Granny Smith apples and yellow pears. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink now.
