Friday, September 18, 2020 - Quite an enticing nose, with some light toast notes, light floral fruit, even a touch of sea spray. For a “simple Marsannay”, this is a lovely wine, with plenty of slightly lush, solar fruit, a hint of almost vegetal minerality, maybe a touch of oak, hints of salinity, and a nice dose of minerality. Very nice.
