Vanilla
Butterscotch
Red fruit, cherry pie? cooked plums? Raisins, figs.
Spice: nutmeg?

Dry
Red fruit character, stewed, almost dried
Med+ tannins: fine grained
Med+ acid
Med body
Med alcohol
Short finish

Interestingly developed - seems like a lot of winemaking at this point. Probably some new French oak, definitely MLF.
