Monday, July 29, 2019 - Pietros: Elegant and very food friendly. The aromatics are gentle not overwhelming mild cedar and spice but in the mouth it is very supple and satisfying. Sour cherry and cinnamon, good texture and acid balance. Long finish that leads to another bite and another sip.
