Monday, January 2, 2012 - Popped and poured. Initially a beautiful traditional Bordeaux nose. A little bit lacking in the palate at first. Drank over the course of an hour. Aromas and flavor profile vastly improved over time. Lovely wine. Dark fruit, tobacco, some usual Bordeaux funk/musty/old house that blew off over time. I have one more in the stash.
