Monday, February 2, 2015 - More evolution in terms of colour compared to the 2000. Lovely nose, further opening up over the course of the evening. Lots of tobacco notes, cedar, pencil shavings, liquorice. On the palate still quite grippy and tannic, fresh. Not the most seductive maybe, this is quite sleek and masculine, classic. Very good length. This should have many years ahead. 92-94
