Tuesday, February 23, 2021 - The initial reductive struck match fades after a while giving way to white peach and passion fruit. Very high deliciousness factor - primary yet so moreish, with brown sugar and lemon sprinkled on the beautiful core of fruit.

I have too many wonderful later harvest from Thomas Haag but absolutely adore them. The Kabinet are perfect with anything CRB and Spatlese with Asian food. Other suggestions most welcome please.

Pork in general is a great option, especially if you make a sweet sauce, for example with apples, rhubarb, or raspberries. I really like Indian with Auslese, as it tends to be heavily spiced, rich, and spicy. Try Chicken Tikka Masala with one of your Thomas Haags!
