Friday, January 8, 2021 - Leather, potpourri, with some cocoa and dried berries. Not very expressive.
Medium acid and medium plus tannin.
A fully matured Bordeaux blend in an interesting place. The nose suggests it’s past peak, but the structure is still rocking.
