Tuesday, March 14, 2017 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, fig, prune, cherry and black pepper. It tastes like blackberry, prune, cherry and vanilla. The body is light/medium. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.

I was concerned this wine might be past its prime, but found it to have aged well. I would drink soon though as it seems to be waning.
