Monday, January 15, 2018 - Decanted 4 hours, and consumed with a seafood stew — saffron & striped bass and clams. First sip seemed slightly sour but almost immediately the wine opened in the glass and proved amazing— nicer than a 1989 vintage of Lynch Bages we’d opened 2 weeks ago. Tobacco notes in the finish and turkish cherry bouquet. Legs, too!
