Saturday, September 22, 2018 - No detailed notes. I recall the wine being deeply colored with little fading. The nose was classic, mature Lynch-Bages with pencil shavings, cedar, plums, and tobacco, among other aromas. On the palate the wine was graceful, balanced, and still full of fruit with all tannins resolved. This was the best showing yet for me for this wine.
