Monday, August 25, 2008 - I splash decanted this last night and boy was it pleasing! Crisp, full of fruit and a graceful tannic bite that rendered balance and depth. So far, my 99's have surpassed the vaunted 95 vintage... I will be enjoying a few more of these over the autumn--try to give the wine 90+ minutes of airtime.
