Saturday, December 6, 2008 - Watching 'Bama and the Gators.
Lynch Bages and Ch. Montrose ('95).
Lynch Bages is showing v. well. Dark ruby. Notes of cedar and coffee.
The palate is smooth and round. Integrated fine-grained tannins. Mid palate is silky, almost like Pinot. Blue fruit. Great balance of acidity, tannic structure and juicy fruit.
