Thursday, April 30, 2020 - This is really great blend. ToKalon fruit. Can't go wrong with this. All around a solid expression of Napa Oakville. Based on the blend, I paired this with a strip steak - perfect. With more integrated tannins, I believe it might not stand up to a ribeye.
