Monday, October 5, 2020 - Start with some crystalline rain water...squeeze of fresh lemon, grapefruit, quince...stir in some lemongrass, white pepper...then add a handful of white flowers, pack of matches, to a ton of salty rocks and chalk...then CRUSH! This wine. It's beautiful.
