Thursday, March 7, 2019 - By the glass over lunch at O Boeuf a 6 Pattes.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, salmon pink colour. Thin legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, nectared pink flowers, hint of minerality and Provencal herbs. Youthful.
On the palate, dry almost off-dry sensation, high acidity, medium alcohol (?13%), medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of raspberries, strawberries, pink peaches, sweet spices, honey nectar. Medium+ finish.
Very good quality. Ripe pink and red fruits. Real class and elegant enjoyment. The herald of Summer is here! This is better than I remember Miraval to be. Drink fresh. Excellent Provence Rose to have by the glass.
