Community Tasting Note

Friday, January 7, 2022 - Really lovely bottle. I failed to take notes on day 1, but from memory there were many layers and it was really lovely over 2 glasses. Although it certainly went well with my food, I felt drinking on its own allowed all the layers to show. Lively acidity, saline, floral, and I seem to recall some nice herbal or tea type elements (wished I had made a note of those). My score is based on my first day impressions.

On day 2, it is still very nice although the initial tastes are more generic, I can sense some of the complexities from day 1 coming forward as I continue to sip, but a bit more gently.
