Monday, December 5, 2011 - Previous bottle must have been bad because this one was much more interesting. Nice vibrant nose upon opening, with a very smooth mouthfeel throughout the night. Paired well with avacado burgers and various cheeses. Had obvious black olive with truffles flavors coming through after a couple hours. Day 2 was still smooth with some spice and dark red cherries. Glad that all of my bottles weren't a waste.
