Sunday, July 16, 2023 - Refined and restrained - soft fruit (blackberry, cherry) that evolve into gently vanilla and cedar flavours and a redcurrant acidity in the finish. Silky tannins and feels wonderful to drink. Very satisfying and plenty of finesse and the structure to age beautifully.
