Saturday, June 27, 2009 - with a little dust on top of the cork when unfoiled. I think the wine has passed its prime at the beginning with showing almost nothing except clean mineral. The wine starts catch up with air and gets better and better during the 3 hours we're drinking. Mint, creme de cassis, leather, herbs and light red fruits. Nice wine that need to be drink now.
