Monday, July 19, 2021 - This was my last of 3 bottles and I enjoyed it less than the previous times. However, I do still recall from the previous bottles, that I had summed it up as a crossroads of Burgundian winemaking with Alsatian depth and Santorinian minerality. Great value for money too and a perfect match for my rabbit with riesling & herbs (lemon verbena, sage, lavender) from the garden.
