Monday, January 29, 2024 - Decanted 30 minutes before serving. Deep ruby color. Medium-plus body, medium-to-medium plus acid, powdery tannins. Strong strawberry and other syrupy fruits on the nose. More dried red fruit on the palate, especially some dried cherry, with some wonderful tea notes mid-palate to provide balance. Acid level here really ties everything together. This is aging wonderfully.
