Thursday, December 27, 2018 - We thought the Epistem No. 3 impressed so we tried another drop from Atlan & Artisan. We had to hop, skip and boat across to Mallorca, but well-worth the journey. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Negro, Callet...2 varietals with which we are intimately familiar marrying 2 of which we never heard....pretty cool. Powerful, broad-shouldered, great fruit, nice toasty flavour A winner!!!
