Tuesday, July 16, 2019 - Napa 2019; 7/14/2019-7/18/2019: Lovely wine expressing all that Pritchard Hill has to offer, more red fruit slight blue note. Nice mineral note complimentary to the fruit. Some oak in place and tannins have not yet receded enough for this to show its best. Needs 5 years.

3/2/2024 5:42:00 PM - Hope you are well—I will pass on the ‘14, I’m eyeing an ‘08 or a ‘12 for drinking before the spring drinking season ends (unfortunately in late April), and also eyeing some ‘18s in the local grocery store that aren’t moving even at below release!

3/2/2024 6:29:00 PM - OMG, who knew I was only supposed to drink in seasons?! Ever so slightly more seriously, you can’t go wrong with the ‘08 and especially, the ‘12. I’m on the hunt for ‘07, ‘13, ‘15 and ‘16, then I’ll have the full run, ex ‘11, from ‘05-‘16. You’re local grocery store has Ovid? I’m going to have to reconsider TX. If I can find a BV GdL at mine, I feel lucky. Hope you’re well, too, and as always, cheers, at least until drinking season is over!
