Tuesday, August 16, 2011 - Out of a magnum. Clear and young appearance. Nose was quite expressive with Puligny-like notes such as almonds, together with citrus and green apples (nice complexity). Palate brought really great balance. Structure was great with great minerality and acidity. Medium+ body. Flavors had medium+ intensity and you could get a few notes of vegetables together with citrus and green fruit. Nice medium + finish.
