Wednesday, April 28, 2010 - My last bottle. Popped and poured and drank over 2 hours. There is a hint of brett which adds to this wine. Sour cherry is predominant. High toned but not overly acidic. Nicely balanced. I thought it was drinking well and was the best of my 3 bottles. If I had more I would drink them sooner rather than later.
